Orissaare is a small borough in Saaremaa Parish, Saare county on the island of Saaremaa. Saaremaa is the place of nice and rich wild forests, wooded meadows, windmills, lovely beaches, spas, cafes. Near Orissaare on the Illiku beach there is held an unique art and music festival “I Land Sound” that brings together different art communities and is the signature of Orissaare in summertime. The Festival ground at the beach offers nice venues for culture events. The nature there is definitely one component of the venue. Orissaare has also a Culture Centre that organises many cultural events in the area. Orissaare Culture Centre is a big Soviet building with pillars. The main hall has a stage and a balcony. The house also has many auxiliary rooms.
